I think studies like the one mentioned are only contributing to the issue of shut-ins and childhood obesity and it saddens me to bear witness to the fading demand for a good old fashioned road hockey game. I for one will choose a walk in the lovely outdoors to video game “walking” any day of the week. There’s something about the fresh air and mental stimulation I get from my surrounding environment that can never be replaced by the realness of HD graphics... “Insert cool new X-Box oxygen tanks that simulate real life air during game play here” Simulators and training modules are attractive because it eliminates the consequences behind failure; yet another concept that is being denied to our younger generations. But what is life without risk, and what is success without failure?

Despite the positive outcome in terms of mental stimulation and the inevitable growth of the gaming industry, I must admit that I find it rather disappointing that many of our youth have a difficult time finding their way outside to engage in real physical activity. It's really disappointing because I rely on the CBC for my news and Saturday hockey night in Canada. Was CBC getting heat from cable providers to stop the airwaves? I now am seriously having to consider getting a cable package so I can continue to watch CBC.More sad than angry.

Thank you for your post – I kept wondering why I couldn’t receive CBC anymore via my antenna. It's now become a ritual before bed time, but then it gets my mind going off in the la la land I go.Great commentary! Not only is it phenomenal to read what you have to say, but it's amazing just how you say it! Similarly, you sold me on reading/watching Harry Potter materials. It struck a chord as to the language lingo that future generation will be using to describe a company and you have a great point - it's important to realize the idiom behind the meaning!Funny I just read this tonight because all day today I have been researching Sino Forest drama while I should have been doing financials for the business plan. After I bought Google today, my next one was either Apple or Sino Forest ... I just paid my tuition so I can't do both and Google was a must. Anyway, you dont have to disclose whether you own either of these companies or if you're affiliated with them, but I'm dying to know your opinion on Sino Forest. I really think its pure bullcrap what Muddy Waters is doing. Something about it doesnt sit right. Especially after Dundee Wealth reported that Sino Forest's main competitor paid $300,000 to Muddy Waters to write that report and market it to large hedge funds. This all apparently took 5 weeks. While still highly volatile, I cannot resist but to just buy loads of this stock until I'm blue in the face. I mean, you cannot just go from trading so high to $4.00 bargain and dissapear. There just has to be an up swing! I read their whole report today (could've used a shot of something to keep me going through it, nonetheless, read the most important parts) And I just don't see how Muddy Waters is right. Check out this article. http://business.financialpost.com/2011/06/07/muddy-waters-sino-forest-research-pile-of-crap-dundee/It's a toss up between that and Apple, especially with Apple set to report earnings next week and new iPhone launching. What do you think?PS - Did you see the Toshiba tablet commercial. Really could care less for the product, however, if I was to buy one there's would be the one. Why? It's actually made like a laptop with usb's, ports, all that jazz, and not like a larger cell phone. However, as a marketer, I'm more impressed and literally SOLD with their tag line of "The first tablet to get it right" What they all lacked, they listened and fixed and will hopefully capitalize on it. Just proves it's not about being the first on the market, it's about being the best. Apple sure as hell wasnt the first MP3 on the block (remember walkman's) but look at both of them now? Anyway, have a great night, see you Wednesday, let me know what you think!Cheers!Igor.

Hello sir!

Your site is my new Huffington Post I swear!!
