Meet the Team

Our founding principals, Steven Litt and Craig Bundrant, have been working together for nearly a decade, and have forged a strong and complimentary work ethic that maximizes their shared expertise.


Steven Litt, Managing Partner

Armed with small town roots and 12 years front-line experience in Retail & Service, ‘Strategy Steve’ Litt took a B.Sc. and M.B.A. to P&G’s Brand Dept., worked 15 years in USA and Canada in packaged goods & healthcare management, then took on roles in research & strategic consulting. Having been on both sides of Big vs Small, he enjoys helping the underdog.

Professor Steven loves trend analysis & problem-solving. As a consultant, he has designed & run research (a professional moderator), created new product strategies, managed channel expansion plans, run successful 5 Year Planning sessions and presented at global conferences. Feeling it’s important to invest in tomorrow’s society, he teaches college, guest lectures at universities, mentors at Canadian Youth Business Foundation & blogs on all manner of topics.

An eclectic, he’s inspired by Byron, Doug Coupland, Salvador Dali, Jared Diamond, Phillip K. Dick, Hugh Dowding, El Anatsui, T.S. Eliot, Tina Fey, William Gibson, Gaudi, Gladwell, Rick Hansen, Lauren Harris, Frank Herbert, Jarome Iginla, Hiroshige, Stephen King, Kurosawa, Christine Sinclair, Milton, Michael Porter, Peckinpah, Alex Proyas, Shakespeare, Sun Tzu, Frank Lloyd Wright…

Craig Bundrant, Managing Partner

Craig BundrantA varied background of expertise gained from a wide range of positions both in and out of traditional business channels provides Bundrant with a unique business perspective. His recent accomplishments include a successful turn as Vice President of Sales at Northdown Industries, Inc., where he was responsible for all channels of distribution. New business development thrived under Bundrant’s management.

Bundrant also served as President of Miracle Corporation of Australia, for which he successfully built management infrastructure capable of multiple acquisitions in the pet industry. At Miracle Corp, he developed highly successful financial, marketing and manufacturing teams. He then devoted his talents to identifying and negotiating with suitable acquisition candidates, as well as managing the business.

A former University football coach, Bundrant credits his successes partly to his knack for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of not only his own team but also those of his opponents and then developing a game plan that gives his team the best chance to win.

Bundrant holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kutztown University. Graduate studies were taken at West Chester University, Pennsylvania State University.

Scott Chiasson, Sales & Channel Management

Scott ChiassonA results-oriented pro with 27 years of leadership, management, sales and marketing experience in the broadcast, media and publishing industries, Scott is a strategic thinker and resourceful team player. He is proud of a track record of growing revenue while prudently controlling expenses, in a way that doesn’t reduce team motivation; he has built sales teams’ and divisions’ market presence via an organized approach to key relationships. His strengths include enthusiasm, professional attitude and innovative entrepreneurial spirit.

Scott gets his hands dirty in the meticulous design of effective management, operations, sales, marketing and business programs. He has an ability to get top-notch productivity and performance from a staff in pursuit of a common goal.

In addition to traditional business models, for 5 years, Scott has been involved in the direct sales and community commerce industry, recognizing it as a superior way to bring products to market that benefit from explanation via referral and recommendation marketing.

Scott possesses a CDMC certification (Certified Digital Marketing Consultant). He has the knowledge to implement complex digital and mobile technology strategies. This synergistic model involving Direct Mail, Email Marketing and Mobile/Digital applications is a platform he implements to bring his clients success.

From Louisiana, Scott is die-hard LSU fan (the Bayou Bengals) and a Believer in the Saints. Scott attended the Colorado State University Executive MBA Program.

Lance Beehler, Production & Materials Research

LanceLance is genuinely curious. He is constantly scanning the horizon for the next new technology or product and how to apply it to multiple industries. He enjoys finding novel ways to apply emerging technology to consumer products. Lance has a keen ability to make highly technical or scientific jargon understandable and usable. At home in a lab, a sales call, a marketing session  or a garage workshop, he applies both his technical expertise and ability to simplify the complex to the task at hand.

Lance has a BA from Depauw University with a focus in Biology and Chemistry. He has excelled in various positions in medical research recruiting, new product development, new market development and sales.

An avid outdoorsman, Lance loves when his kids accompany him in those pursuits. “I learn a lot about how the professional world works by watching natural systems. Nature has devised any number of very efficient ways to deal with both adversity and prosperity.” Not surprising, then, that he is also fond of pets.

Lance lives in Greenville, SC with his wife, son, and daughter.
